Welcome to Control-Back! By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
Control-Back is designed to assist users in overcoming behavioral challenges and building personal resilience. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use the App responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.
Some features of Control-Back may require a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing, and payment terms presented within the App.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Any information you submit within the App, such as survey responses or progress logs, remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Control-Back a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your information solely to provide and improve the App.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to graphics, trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Control-Back or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Control-Back is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version within the App or via email.
Your continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
